as a dedicated massage therapist whose been licensed for over a decade, I specialize in providing tailored treatments for many distinct groups: athletic individuals striving for peak performance, busy professionals seeking relief from the demands of a fast-paced lifestyle, and everyone in between!

My expertise encompasses a range of techniques including sports recovery, myofascial release, myofascial decompression and cupping, scraping, trigger point therapy, burn and scar therapy, and effective stretching routines.
